A cynical former missing-persons detective and an awkward physicist are recruited by a secret government organization to investigate possibly dangerous paranormal occurrences.

A skeptical tough ex-cop is forced to team up with a nerdy scientist and firm believer of the paranormal. They must help a secret L.A.-based government agency deal with unexplained and paranormal occurrences.

Described as a sort of comedic X-Files, Ghosted centers on Leroy Wright, a cynical, hilarious skeptic, and Max Jennifer, a genius "true believer" in the paranormal, who are hired by the Underground Investigative Service to look into the rampant "unexplained" activity in Los Angeles - all while uncovering a larger mystery that could threaten the existence of the human race.
